AAICLAS is a fully owned cargo subsidiary of the Airports Authority of India. The company manages the development of air cargo business at airports across the country. AAICLAS aims to become the largest integrated cargo logistics and ground handling operator in India.

Job: Assistant (Security)

Vacancies are available on a PAN India basis for a Fixed Term Contract of 3 years. The place of posting can be changed to any location in India as per company requirements.

Note: Vacancies are tentative and may increase or decrease. Candidates must be willing to serve anywhere in India.

1.Educational Qualification:

12th pass from any recognized board.

Minimum 60% marks for General category candidates.

Minimum 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.

Candidates must enter percentage marks (e.g., 60, 70) in the online form, not CGPA.

2.Language Ability:

Ability to read and speak English and Hindi, OR be conversant with the local language.

3.Physical Ability:

Job involves lifting baggage from conveyor belts and X-ray machines. Candidates unwilling to do such work should not apply.

No prior experience is mentioned as required. Freshers can apply if they meet the educational qualification.

Maximum age: 27 years.

Age relaxation:

5 years for SC/ST candidates.

3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.

5 years for Ex-Servicemen.

Period Monthly Pay

First Year Rs. 21,500 fixed

Second Year Rs. 22,000 fixed

Third Year Rs. 22,500 fixed.

TA/DA for tours (bus or sleeper train fare).

Leaves: Privilege Leave (18 days), Half Pay Leave (12 days), Casual Leave (9 days), Restricted Holiday (2 days) per year.

Medical Insurance reimbursement up to Rs. 10,000 per year.

Gratuity as per applicable rules.

Q3. Is the contract renewable after 3 years?

Yes, but it is at the sole discretion of the management based on your performance and company need.

Q4. What happens if my posting location is closed?

You will have to complete your contract at another station as per company requirement.

Q5. Can I resign immediately?

No, the notice period is 3 months. Immediate resignation requires payment of 3 months' salary.

Original certificates, mark sheets, experience certificate (if any), Aadhar card, PAN card, Police Clearance Certificate, category certificate, and self-attested copies.
