- Mechanical Engineer Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering; 3+ years construction experience
- Civil Mason Minimum 2–5 years experience; expert in block work, plastering
- Civil Painter Minimum 3 years experience; expert in spray and brush painting
- Civil Team Leader 5+ years experience; supervisory skills
- Quantity Surveyor Degree in Civil Eng/QS; 3+ years experience
- Gypsum Carpenter Skilled in false ceiling, partition works
- Fire Alarm Technician Certified; 2+ years experience
- Fire Fighting Technician Certified; 2+ years experience
- Senior FAFF Technician 5+ years in fire alarm & fire fighting systems
- Helpers/Cleaners Physically fit; basic English preferred.
