▪️Proficiency in design software: (Photoshop, Illustrator, Ai Tools).

▪️Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and branding.

▪️Strong concept development skills for campaigns, launches, and seasonal events.

▪️Design visually appealing promotional flyers.

▪️Software Knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

▪️Shoot and edit promotional videos for the hypermarket: product showcases, festival offers, in-store events, customer testimonials, staff activities, etc.

▪️Software Knowledge (Premiere pro, After Effects, DaVinci, Capcut)

▪️Create high-quality motion graphics for digital signage, social media, in-store displays, advertisements, and promotional videos.

▪️Software Knowledge (Blender, After Effects, Ai Tools)

▪️Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

▪️Manage social media channels, including content strategy, posting, and community engagement.

▪️Support SEO, SEM, and website content management.

▪️Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

▪️Strategic thinking with a creative mindset.

▪️Strong understanding of retail/hypermarket customer base and shopping behavior.co️Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, product managers).
