RITES Ltd., a 'Navratna' Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has released a notification for the recruitment of Engineering Professionals on a contract basis. The company is looking for dynamic and hard-working Civil Engineering professionals for urgent deployment at various project sites in Kerala.

Essential Qualification

For all three posts, the minimum qualification is a Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

Resident Engineer (CL/04/26): Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Road/Bridges/Buildings.

Quality Engineer (CL/05/26): Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Road/Bridges/Buildings.

Field Engineer (CL/06/26): Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Road/Bridges/Buildings.

As per government rules, age relaxation is applicable for eligible categories:

The selection process will be based entirely on the Interview, which carries 100% weightage. The selection parameters are:

Technical & Professional Proficiency: 65%

Personality, Communication & Competency: 35%.

Nature of Engagement

The appointment is purely on a contract basis initially for one year. It can be extended until the completion of the assignment, subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance. Candidates should be ready for posting anywhere in India.
