Qualification Requirements
- For cleaners/helpers/office boy: Basic reading/writing ability; experience preferred but not mandatory.
- For technicians (AC, electrician, ductman, etc.): ITI / Diploma in relevant trade + minimum 2–3 years UAE/Gulf experience.
- For masons, carpenters, painters, fabricators: Minimum 2–5 years hands-on experience (Gulf experience preferred).
- For lifeguards: Valid lifeguard certification (e.g., RLSS) + experience.
- For rope access glass cleaner: IRATA certification or equivalent.
- For supervisors/chargehands/team leaders: 5+ years experience with proven leadership skills.
