Eligibility Criteria (ആവശ്യമായ യോഗ്യതകൾ)
- For Security Screener (Fresher) – as on 01.05.2026
- Educational Qualification: Graduation from any recognized university.
- General/OBC/EWS: Minimum 60% marks.
- SC/ST: Minimum 55% marks.
- Language Ability: Ability to read/speak English, Hindi, or be conversant with the local language.
For Assistant (Security) – as on 01.06.2026
- Educational Qualification: 12th (Sr. Secondary) from any recognized board.
- General: Minimum 60% marks.
- SC/ST: Minimum 55% marks.
- Language Ability: Ability to read/speak English, Hindi, or be conversant with the local language.
Experience (പ്രവൃത്തിപരിചയം)
Both posts: No prior experience is required. These are fresher-level engagements.
Note: Candidates who were terminated in the last 3 years from AAICLAS due to training/examination failure cannot apply for the Screener post.
Age Limit (പ്രായപരിധി)
- Security Screener (Fresher): Maximum 27 years as on 01.05.2026.
- Assistant (Security): Maximum 27 years as on 01.06.2026.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Ex-Serviceman: 5 years.
Other Important Terms & Conditions
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
- Contract Period: 3 years (Fixed Term Contract), extendable based on performance and company need.
- Probation Period: 1 year for both posts.
- Notice Period: 3 months (or pay 3 months’ salary in lieu).
- Surety Bond (only for Screener): ₹1,50,000 on non-judicial stamp paper – refundable only on completion of 3 years.
- Transferable Job: You may be transferred to any station in India.
- Medical Fitness: Required before joining (eye test, hearing, physical strength).
- False Information: Candidature will be cancelled immediately if false information is found.
Remuneration / Salary Details (ശമ്പള വിവരങ്ങൾ)
For Security Screener (Fresher)
- During Training (Stipend): ₹15,000 per month
- (If first attempt fails → stipend reduces to ₹10,000; second attempt fail → termination)
- After Certification (Consolidated Pay):
- 1st Year: ₹30,000 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹32,000 per month
- 3rd Year: ₹34,000 per month
- PF Contribution: ₹1,800 per month (on ceiling wage of ₹15,000)
- Medical Insurance Reimbursement: Up to ₹10,000 per annum
- Leaves: PL – 18, Half Pay – 12, CL – 9, RH – 2 per year
For Assistant (Security)
Consolidated Pay (Inclusive of All):
- 1st Year: ₹21,500 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹22,000 per month
- 3rd Year: ₹22,500 per month
- Medical Insurance Reimbursement: Up to ₹10,000 per annum
- Leaves: PL – 18, Half Pay – 12, CL – 9, RH – 2 per year
- TA/DA on tour: Sleeper Class train fare or Ordinary Bus fare.
Selection Process (തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് പ്രക്രിയ)

- Shortlisting based on percentage of marks (higher marks preferred).
- Online Interaction (Interview) – date and mode intimated via registered email.
- Merit List prepared on the basis of marks secured in the interview.
- Document Verification at the time of joining.
- Medical Examination before final engagement.
- No TA/DA is paid for attending the selection process.

Yes, if you meet the respective eligibility criteria. But you must apply separately for each advertisement.

No. It is a Fixed Term Contract for 3 years, extendable based on performance and company requirement.
Q3. Will I get training after selection?
Yes. Security Screeners undergo BCAS-approved training. Assistant (Security) will get on-job training.
Q4. What happens if I fail the training exam?
For Screeners: 1st attempt fail → stipend reduced to ₹10,000. 2nd attempt fail → contract terminated.
Q5. Is the application fee refundable?
No. The fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
