Job Details 

Job Title / Key Responsibilities (Summary)

  1. Project Manager – Fit-Out Lead and manage entire fit-out project lifecycle, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure timely delivery.
  2. Design Manager Oversee design processes, coordinate between consultants and site teams, ensure design compliance.
  3. HSE Manager Implement health, safety, and environmental policies, ensure zero accidents, conduct audits.
  4. Planning Manager Develop project schedules, monitor progress, risk assessment, delay analysis.
  5. Senior Architect Prepare and review architectural drawings, coordinate with engineering teams, ensure design quality.
  6. Senior Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out Cost estimation, BOQ preparation, contract administration, variation management.
  7. Procurement Coordinator Manage material procurement, supplier coordination, purchase orders, delivery tracking.
  8. Technical Coordinator Coordinate technical documentation, RFIs, submittals, and communication between design & site.

Qualification & Experience

  • Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration preferred
  • Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills
  • Candidate must be residing in KSA
  • Immediate joining required
