  • Mechanical Engineer 5+ years HVAC, plumbing & coordination
  • Electrical Engineer 5+ years Power, lighting & MEP works
  • Site Engineer 4+ years Site execution & progress control
  • Senior QS (Quantity Surveyor) 8+ years Costing, contracts & variations
  • Senior QA/QC 7+ years Quality checks & compliance.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: While specific salaries vary by position and experience, RAQ Contracting offers competitive, tax-free compensation packages:
MEP Coordinator: Up to AED 18,000 per month
Engineers (general): Based on market rates, experienced professionals can expect attractive packages

Freshers in UAE: AED 4,500–6,500 per month (tax-free) with benefits

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum experience requirements vary by position (4-8 years)
For MEP positions: 7+ years experience with Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
