The company is urgently hiring for the following positions in the UAE. Candidates with relevant work experience in MEP projects and mandatory GCC experience will be given preference.

Position / Educational Qualification Total Experience Additional Requirements

While the official salary package is negotiated based on experience and the specific role, here is a general estimate of the market standards in the UAE for these positions, along with standard benefits.

Senior Management (Project Manager, Construction Manager): AED 25,000 – 40,000+.

Middle Management (Coordinators, Senior Engineers): AED 15,000 – 25,000.

Junior/Associate Level (Site Engineers): AED 8,000 – 15,000.

To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following general and specific criteria:

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is strictly required for most technical roles.

Experience: As mentioned in the table above, substantial experience in MEP projects is non-negotiable.

Critical Mandate: GCC Experience is mandatory. Candidates without experience in the Gulf region (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain) will unfortunately not be considered.
