Ordnance Factory Bhandara (OFBA) has released an official notification for the engagement of DBW (Danger Building Worker) Personnel on a Tenure basis. This is a skilled-level contractual position for candidates who have completed NCVT (NAC) in AOCP or feeder trades.

A total of 400 vacancies are available for the DBW (Danger Building Worker) post. The category-wise breakdown is as follows:

AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant)

IMCP, MMCP, LACP, Process Plant Operator, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.

The selected candidates will be posted at:

Ordnance Factory Bhandara, District: Bhandara, Maharashtra – 441906.

Selected candidates will receive an attractive remuneration package.

Basic Pay:19,900 + Dearness Allowance (DA) as applicable.

Annual Increment: 3% (rounded off to the next ten rupees) on Basic Pay, subject to satisfactory performance.

Night Duty Allowance: Payable as per rules, only in case of production exigency (not as regular practice)

Essential Qualification: 

National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT in the following trades:

Primary Trade: AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant).

Feeder Trades: IMCP, MMCP, LACP, Process Plant Operator, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.

Preference will be given first to AOCP Trade Apprentices of Ordnance Factories, then AOCP apprentices from Govt./Private affiliated organizations, followed by feeder trade apprentices.
