Qualification & Experience Required
Role Minimum Requirement
- MEP Supervisor Diploma/Degree in Mech/Electrical + 5+ yrs FM experience
- Fire Alarm Operator Certification in Fire Alarm Systems + 2–3 yrs experience
- BMS Operator ITI/Diploma + BMS system knowledge (Siemens/Honeywell preferred)
- HVAC Technician ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration + 2+ yrs Gulf experience
- Electrician ITI Electrician + 2+ yrs maintenance experience
- Plumber ITI/Diploma in Plumbing + 2+ yrs
- Civil Technician ITI/Diploma Civil + 2+ yrs
- MEP Technician ITI/Diploma in MEP + 2+ yrs
- Painter 2+ yrs painting experience (buildings/villas)
- Helper Basic reading/writing; physically fit; 1+ yr helper experience.
Note: Qatar ID, NOC (if local transfer), and valid experience certificates are preferred.
