Job Details
Position / Key Responsibilities/ Experience Required.
Carpenters Formwork, wooden framework, reading basic drawings 2–3 years (GCC preferred)
Steel Fixers Cutting, bending, tying rebar as per structural drawings 2–3 years
Masons Block work, plastering, tile fixing, concrete finishing 2–3 years
Helpers Assisting skilled workers, site cleanup, material handling 0–1 year (freshers can apply).

Salary & Benefits
Position /Monthly Salary (AED) Overtime Other Benefits
- Carpenters 1200 – 1800 As per UAE law Free accommodation + transport + medical insurance
- Steel Fixers 1200 – 1700 As per UAE law Free accommodation + transport + medical insurance
- Masons 1200 – 1600 As per UAE law Free accommodation + transport + medical insurance
- Helpers 1000 – 1200 As per UAE law Free accommodation + transport + medical insurance.

Qualification Required
- Carpenters / Steel Fixers / Masons – Minimum 8th or 10th standard pass. ITI or trade certificate preferred but not mandatory if experienced.
- Helpers – Basic literacy (able to read safety signs). No formal degree required.
- Age: 22 – 45 years.
- Physical fitness – must be able to handle construction site workload.
