Job Details

Position Key Responsibilities

  1. MEP Procurement Engineer Manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material submittals, and ensure timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
  1. MEP QS Engineer Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, variations, invoices, and final accounts for MEP projects. Ensure cost control and contractual compliance.
  1. MEP QA/QC Engineer Ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications, codes, and project requirements. Conduct inspections, testing, and documentation.
  1. MEP Mechanical Foreman Supervise mechanical works on‑site including HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems. Ensure safety, quality, and timely execution.
  1. MEP Electrical Foreman Supervise electrical installations including power, lighting, and ELV systems. Ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality work on‑site.

Salary & Benefits
Salary Range (Monthly, Tax‑Free in AED):
Engineers (Procurement, QS, QA/QC): AED 8,000 – 15,000 (depending on experience)
Foremen (Mechanical / Electrical): AED 5,000 – 8,000

Additional Benefits:

Annual leave + air ticket (for eligible roles)
Overtime as per project requirement
Immediate joining bonus (for selected candidates)

Qualification details 

For Engineer roles (Procurement / QS / QA/QC):
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
3–7 years of relevant MEP experience (UAE experience mandatory).
Knowledge of UAE construction standards (DEWA, ADDC, etc.) and contract terms (FIDIC preferred).

For Foreman roles (Mechanical / Electrical):
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
5–10 years of site experience, including at least 3 years as a foreman in UAE.
Hands‑on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting (Mechanical) or power, lighting, ELV (Electrical).

General Requirements (All):
Ability to join immediately (within 15 days) – preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid UAE driving license (for Engineer roles – an advantage but not mandatory).
